THE POINTE - Rego Park, NY

WCI performed as Owner’s Representative for the development of The Pointe, a 45-unit rental project located in the Rego Park section of Queens. The 65,000 SF project included the development of 45 residential units, as well as ground floor and below grade parking, and community and recreational space. With a total development cost of approximately $25 million, the project was completed on budget and ahead of schedule in Summer 2018.
