Winston Consultants acted as Owner’s Representative for the renovation of two 17 story hotels on East 32nd Street for a total combined cost of approximately $12 million. Each building was completely renovated including removal and reconfiguration of the floor plans, addition of new bathrooms and kitchens, installation of new emergency generators, smoke purge, and stair pressurization systems, installation of new fire alarm systems, and installation of all new finishes. The total timeline for renovation of each building was approximately 6-7 months.
