MARK MORRIS DANCE CENTER - Brooklyn, NY
Winston Consultants provided Construction Management services for the reconstruction of the Mark Morris Dance Center in Brooklyn. The project involved the demolition of the interior and exterior of the existing building, leaving only the existing structural steel framing. The building was reconfigured to create the iconic 5-story, 30,000 square foot dance center. The exterior of the building features an Alucobond metal panel clad façade, while the interior facilities include seven dance studios, a 140-seat performance space, and administrative offices.
