Winston Consultants provided Project Management services on behalf of Equitable Real Estate Services/Lend Lease for the renovation of this 17-story, 195,000 square foot office building in downtown Philadelphia. The project included the construction of a complex 7-story, 18,000 square foot parking garage and ramping system within the lower floors of the existing building. The project also involved the modernization of the building’s four elevators and gut renovation of the office space for the law firm of Morgan Lewis Backius, which occupies the entire building.
