The project involved the development of a 17-story mixed-use building located in the heart of Chelsea for a total development cost of approximately $29 million. The 55,000 square foot building includes approximately 4,000 SF of ground-floor retail space along with sixteen stories of hotel and residential construction. The project sits atop the 23rd Street subway station and required negotiation with the New York City Transit Authority. The project was completed in fall 2018.
