CROWN CORPORATE CAMPUS - Milford, CT
WCI provided Project Management services for the construction of the Crown Corporate Campus in Milford, CT. The project involved the construction of four three-story, concrete framed office buildings, each containing approximately 35,000 square feet, as well as all parking, access roads, infrastructure and utilities. The entire complex was originally occupied by IBM and located alongside Route 15 and the Wilbur Cross Highway in northern Connecticut. The building facade for all structures consists of Rose Gris stone quarried in Brazil and fabricated in Carrara, Italy. The interiors feature wide open work areas with perimeter executive offices.
